Are they all Melee Dices? How about Fire Dices? I’ve just finished Pub Battles 3.0 and there’s a distinction when you attempt fire fight instead of melee.
– Infantry and Dragoons are using one dice fewer (respectably 2 and 1)
– Cavalry is melee only
– Artillery is not affected
Is there some procedure to approach this topis or it is simply downgrading a dice class (e.g. dice II instead of dice III)?
Those rules were and experimental test for playtesting. We ended up dropping them and just sticking with the standard approach. So, there is no ranged fire for inf & cav.

If you get a 2 with a red circle and reroll to get the 2 with a red circle again, do you do another reroll? Or does it upgrade to 3?
